This e-book training half-marathon training plan is for an aspiring, first-time marathoner or for the experienced runner looking for a trusted plan for their best 13.1 to date.
Prerequisites: This plan is structured for runners who are currently capable of running at least 10 miles in a given training week and can run at least 5 miles in one training session before starting. If you do not fit these prerequisites I encourage you to check out our 5K running plan before you start this one.
The 13.1 program progresses runners to handle the half marathon distance by focusing on core training concepts and half marathon specific workouts to build capacity, endurance, and strength.
Over the next 12 weeks, your running form will be transformed, your energy levels increased and you will have access to an elite level of coaching every step of the way to your best half marathon!
