Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy allows you to send back your purchase, within 30 days of the date you receive delivery, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price less fees:

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • Prior to shipping: 3% credit card fee plus $25 admin fee.
  • Once shipped but not yet delivered: 3% credit card plus 10% restocking fee plus outbound shipping fee.
  • Once delivered (within 30 days of delivery): 3% credit card plus 10% restocking fee outbound shipping plus return shipping to Chester, CT.
  • Goods must be returned in the original packing including pallet otherwise a box and pallet delivery fee will be charged - 860.895.8533*

*Does not apply with White Glove Delivery.


REFUND (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us HERE.

EXCHANGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)

After 30 days we only replace items under warranty, for example if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your TRUEFORM.TRAINER for a TRUEFORM.RUNNER please send us an email HERE. Please check your warranty to understand which shipping and return shipping charges are covered. To return your product, you should contact our Orders department HERE.
