SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

BUILT TO KEEP RUNNING

TRUEFORM treadmills are built for long-term use.

From the frame and running surface to the mechanical drivetrain underneath, every TRUEFORM is designed around durability, serviceability and years of repeated use.

That means fewer unnecessary components, fewer things to fail, and a machine that can be maintained rather than replaced.

Our goal has never been to build disposable fitness equipment.

It’s to build equipment that stays in service.

CRAFTSMANSHIP THAT CAN BE SERVICED

The TRUEFORM Runner, in particular, is built with a heavy-duty steel frame and mechanically simple drivetrain designed to hold up in demanding environments.

Many components are replaceable and serviceable individually, allowing the treadmill to be maintained over time without replacing the entire machine.

The Trainer follows the same philosophy: durable construction, simple mechanical operation and components designed for continued use.

Normal wear will happen over the life of any treadmill, but TRUEFORMs are designed with that life cycle in mind.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE. LONG SERVICE LIFE.

One of the advantages of a non-motorized treadmill is mechanical simplicity.

There is no drive motor continuously powering the belt and no motorized speed-control system to maintain.

Basic preventative maintenance can go a long way toward keeping your TRUEFORM performing properly:

  • Keep the running surface and area beneath the treadmill clean.
  • Periodically inspect the belt and slats for unusual wear.
  • Check for loose hardware or abnormal noises.
  • Keep the treadmill on a stable, level surface.
  • Address unusual resistance, vibration or noise early rather than continuing to train through it.

For model-specific maintenance instructions, refer to your owner's manual or contact our service team.

WE'D RATHER HELP YOU FIX IT THAN REPLACE IT

Fitness equipment takes abuse.

That's what it's built for.

Our job is to make sure that when something eventually wears, there is a path to repair it, service it and keep the machine in use.

That philosophy is part of how we design TRUEFORMs in the first place.

Built to train. Built to be serviced. Built to last.
