Service & Parts Request

You will receive an email acknowledgment with your ticket number, please reply to that with any images or video you feel would be helpful to resolve your issue. Please note that there is a 3mb limit to any image or video submitted by email.

For service and parts requests, please contact us with the following information:

  1. In the description please include your treadmill type (e.g. Runner, Trainer, Track, Turf) as well as the model (Gen 1 etc.)
  2. In the additional notes please explain the nature of your inquiry, and the best time to contact you.
