Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department with the tracking number.
We anticipate shipping within 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated in a product or a specific offer's terms and conditions.
Your TRUEFORM is shipped via LTL Freight.
Depending on the shipping option you choose, your TRUEFORM will be delivered:
- Basic Economy by Appointment: Front Door, Back Door, or Garage with signature required. No assembly or installation.
In addition we can offer two additional options (not available in all areas)
- Premium by Appointment: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal. No assembly or installation.
- White Glove Delivery: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal, assembly and installation - hop on and run!
International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping for our treadmills. Please note the following terms for all orders shipped outside of the United States:
Shipping Costs: International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or provided by our team prior to fulfillment.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs: Any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Customs Clearance: In some cases, customs authorities may require payment of these charges before the treadmill is released at the border or delivered. Customers are responsible for paying these fees directly to the carrier or customs office.
Delays: Customs processing may cause delivery delays outside of our control. We are not responsible for any such delays.
Refusal of Shipment: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or tariffs, the customer remains responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping and restocking fees.
