Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department with the tracking number.

Your TRUEFORM is shipped via FedEx. Basic Economy by Appointment. 

  • Basic Economy by Appointment: Front Door, Back Door, or Garage with signature required. No assembly or installation.

  • Premium by Appointment: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal. No assembly or installation.
  • White Glove Delivery: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal, assembly and installation - hop on and run!

 Premium and White Glove delivery are not available in all areas.
